Somali Community Action Group (SCAG) is a non-political, non-partial and not for profit making organization established on 10th April 2007 by a well prepared intellectuals who got their endeavors together that seeks to meet the humanitarian demand by vulnerable community and initiate and undertake programs that promote, protect, and enhance Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights in Somalia for vulnerable and marginalized groups; and extensively specializes in these thematic areas of Protection, community strengthening Programs, peace promotion programs, good governance, Education and justice and security, Health & Nutrition, WASH, Food Security & Livelihood in the local community and find out the best way of solving the problems through free discussion and people participation in the decision making.
